RYAN NICOLETTI-DOWD
Ryan Nicoletti-Dowd is the founder and Vision Director at PRLA. With over 27 years of experience in the industry, Ryan has a wealth of knowledge. He has worked with celebrities, directed international Joico stage shows, and achieved award-winning British Hairdressing collections, including Southern Hairdresser of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards. Ryan is passionate about the art of hairdressing, and in particular the freedom it allows him to create, enhance and inspire both his clients and team. As an award-winning hairdresser, Ryan travels the world throughout Europe and the United States as a European Ambassador for Joico, educating and showcasing his passion for hairdressing. PRLA also champions the international Joico product range and the lasting results it delivers to our clients.
Following 10 successful years building up his loyal client base in Henley-on-Thames, Ryan’s vision for PRLA was born. His desire is to create a unique and dynamic experience, within a luxury boutique salon environment, where every client is guaranteed to receive a quality service, and most importantly walk out of PRLA’s doors feeling fantastic with hair that they absolutely love!
LOUIS WESOLOWSKI
Louis is a Creative Director at PRLA with 15 years industry experience. He certainly has the magic touch when it comes to hair, from cutting, and styling, to his famous hair-ups and bouncy blow dry which make him every girl’s best friend. Louis is a fun fashion-forward guy with his finger on the pulse in the latest hair trends and colours. Louis is a kind and warm-hearted individual making him popular with his clients of all ages, they all receive his impeccable service and talent.
RUSSELL SUTHERLAND
Russell has 17 years experience in hairdressing and is a master at his craft, his wealth of experience over the years is a result of the love he has for the art, as well as the great industry training he has gained such as his L’Oréal specialist colour degree. Russell prides himself with being at the cutting edge of the latest colouring techniques and trends, and why he has such a loyal following. Russells’s passion lies in creating beautiful lived-in natural colours using a multitude of different techniques and skills he has perfected over the years. Russell is a calming friendly chap, who will make you feel at ease and safe knowing you’re in good hands
POPPY WILSON
With over 12 years experience in hair extensions, Poppy recognises that for today’s women their hair is their most powerful accessory. Using non damaging methods such as; tapes, micro rings, nano rings, micro weft, hidden weave, braidless weave and keratin fusion bonds, Poppy cares about your natural hair as much as your extension hair. Poppy only uses real, top grade, luxury hair extensions which can be tailored to your needs, adding length, volume, colour blends or texture to transform your desired look.
YASMIN TSE
Yasmin is a Graduate Stylist at PLRA. As the newest member of the team, she has slotted in seamlessly, demonstrating the attributes that are so important to PRLA. She is cool, calm, and professional in delivering excellent service to our clients. Yasmin will soon be joining the team working and building up her client base, but for now you will find her friendly face at the front of house or looking after your hair needs at our relaxing wash area.
